Somehow I'm nearly sure, that we will! :-) phibi: if you can meake it, to meet him before (!) he finds the bar and the beer, it should work with the focus on your eyes ... otherwise ...

I sooooo hope he can go. And I won't be able to make too much of a fool of myself because I won't be old enough to drink until 12 days AFTER the con finishes :/ I barely drank at all at Pegasus 2 and it was a good thing. I mostly nursed one drink each night You are too busy the whole time and need/want to stay up so late/early that drink just gets in the way! Hydration is more important So no worries on that account

Yes "Phibi" I certainly owe you and your friend a drink for that amazing billboard!! You did a fantastic job and I can't believe it's actually going to be in Berlin for everyone to see. Hopefully I will be able to Thank You in person if I get to come to Pegasus 3, if not, I will see you at the Vancouver Con in April 2008 if you can still make it. This time I promise not to stay up for 36 hours straight and then decide to drink a lot of German beer! Thanks again for all your hard work!!
-Chuck

I made a placard for a competition of a radiostation in Berlin, and I won.. and now the placard will be up in the middle of Berlin for ten days for everyone to see (January 11th to 21st) (I'll bring pictures ) Hey, here's the 'always-too-late-person'! :-) Phibi, you sound soooo cool on the Radio!!! I still can't believe it, that we really made it!!!! So, maybe I can describe you all, how my condition was last friday morning, when I heard my friend in the radio ... :-) (I actually don't work that much with smileys but now I HAVE to, just to give you an impression Because I was too late I had to hurry up to go to work ... was driving with 80km/h through the city! Always thinking "go go go, you have to listen to the radio today!!!". 5 minutes before the lottery should start I arrived and ran to the radio searching for the right frequency and i was like ... Then they started and after a few seconds I heard them say: And the winner is ... ... a young lady ... ... whose name is ... (And me: Come on, say it SAY IT!!!!!!") ... "Phibi"! And I screamed like hell: YEEEEAAAHH, YEEEEAAHHH!! YEEAAAAHHH!!! WE HAVE IT!!!!! WE HAVE IT!!! VERENA (my collegue) WE HAVE IT!!!!!!! And she came running: What's up?? And me just: WE HAVE IT ... THE PLACARD ... WE HAVE IT!!!!! That's my friend there on the radio!!! HOW COOL!!! (my voice was just a squeak) Then we stood in front of our little radio and listened to phibi from the north of germany in the morning show of a Berlin (!) radiostation! I needed nearly half an hour to be able to hold my cup of coffee, because I was shaking and shaking and shaking! The biiiiiiiiiiiig smile on my face needed longer to disappear and always when I think about these few minutes of last friday morning that is coming back and it feels a little bit like becoming crazy! So, a biiig THANK YOU STARFM (www.starfm.de) for making it possible to put Chuck in the middle of Berlin!! StarFM rocks! Phibi, thank you for creating that great looking placard! How I always say: You and me - the dreamteam, my friend! :-) Big cuddles!!
