Hi Chuck! Thanks again for the stand-in info! Fan circles enjoyed that tidbit, and there were much ' hugs to the Chuckinator!' for that! It got me thinking - if you have to ever read David Hewlett lines as his stand-in, just how hard is that? And would you consider a demonstration of this at any Convention you go to in future? Thank you!

Howdy Fififolle,
Right off the bat I have to give you a big "Thank You"!! You have done so much hard work towards this site and I want you to know how appreciative I am for all your efforts. I never asked you to do it, but you volunteered your time on your own and have done a stellar job at making this website what it is. I am going to stand up now and clap. Ok, I'm done; now, on to answering your question... Yes, I have had to read many off camera lines for David, Joe, Nykl, etc. Sometimes in the show the characters are talking to each other via their ear pieces (two separate locations) We shoot one character and I will sometimes do the lines of who they are talking too, then on another day or later that same day we shoot the other half of the scene with me reading the other character's lines. Does this make any sense? It is a lot easier reading David's character lines when you have a script in front of you. He usually has so much technical mumbo jumbo to say that I'm amazed he gets it all out without blowing the take. To answer the second part of your question, yes I would give a demonstration at a convention, however, it may be boring to watch. Oh yeah, I liked your Wikpedia photo choice (was I standing buy Ryan Robbins in that picture?) it made me laugh. Take care of yourself for now and keep your hand on the button.
-Chuck

Thanks Chuck, it's a pleasure, and everyone here makes it fun! You must do a great job even if you have the script in front of you. If anyone ever doubts your stamina for the work, we'll tell them about Pegasus 2 and Wolf Crossroads! And believe me, Convention goers would adore to hear you read out some McKay lines! ;D I can't imagine anything you do being boring to watch So glad you don't mind that picture up at Wikipedia, I am very proud of it, and yes, that's poor Ryan chopped off. His half is probably at his wikipedia page! I think it captures your fun side so well! Thanks again, and all the best for 2008, Chuck! See you at Pegasus 3! *hopes*
